Watch faces
This policy covers all Hetko watch faces for Wear OS. Other products have their own pages, listed on the combined policy.

What the faces read
A face reads whatever you put in its complication slots - steps, heart rate, battery, weather, calendar, unread counts - from the watch itself, in order to draw them. None of it leaves the watch, and none of it reaches us. There is no account, no network request and no analytics inside a watch face.
Purchases are handled by Google Play. We receive the order state, not your payment details.
Who is responsible

What we collect
Purchase state from Google Play, crash reports where the platform provides them, and anything you choose to include in a support message. We do not sell personal data and we do not build advertising profiles of our own.
Why we process it
To keep the faces working and fix them when they break (legitimate interest), to complete purchases and honour refunds (contract), and to answer support mail (consent, withdrawable at any time).
Processors we use
Google, for Play distribution, billing and crash reporting, and our mail provider for support correspondence. Each acts under its own terms and may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Crash reports for up to 90 days. Support correspondence for up to 24 months. Purchase records for as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Mail us and we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
Children and changes
The faces are not directed at children under 13. If this policy changes materially we note it here with a new date and in the release notes.
